Mechanism: filing a claim in the state court of the respondent's country — fully remotely, without your personal presence, and in most cases — without even a local lawyer for you.

Result: a court judgment that is recognized and enforced in the respondent's country. The money arrives in your account.

Yes. We work with citizens of any country in the world. The only requirement is that you speak Russian or English at a level sufficient for communication.

Do I need document translation?

Yes, if the documents are in a language different from the language of the court. We arrange translation through accredited agencies (cost typically €30-100 per page). For ESCP claims up to €5,000, machine translation plus our certification is sometimes sufficient — we know which courts accept this.

What if I lose?

For ESCP claims (up to €5,000), the risk is minimal — court costs typically do not exceed €200-300, and we do not charge a fee if you lose. For larger cases, we insist on third-party funding so you do not risk your own money.

How will I know the status of my case?

Weekly reports by email or messenger. You will always know the current stage: filing → acceptance → exchange of evidence → hearing (if any) → judgment → enforcement.

 

How long does the process take?

  • ESCP (up to €5,000): 1-3 months.
  • EU state court with lawyer: 4-12 months.
